Rebecca has placed candidates with some of the top companies.
Rebecca has been with TTG Recruitment forever, well, at least since the last century. She manages the financial and management accounting, budgeting, reporting, strategic planning, IT, payroll, and quality systems for the company – basically, she makes Martin look good. She has a Bachelor of Arts and postgraduate qualifications in Business Administration. Her experience includes over 25 years in financial management and senior administration roles within the recruitment, IT and distribution industries. The cornerstone of TTG Recruitment, Bec keeps the wheels in motion for the team. She ensures we are compliant with all legislation and provides all our necessary financial reporting to keep us on track. Rebecca and her family are serious (5 star) campers. We’re talking roll-out stainless-steel kitchens and flat screen TVs. She loves sewing, photography, fine arts, reading and hiking.

Unconscious Bias Through The Looking Glass
Unconscious Bias Through The Looking Glass Despite diversity and inclusion being two different concepts, one cannot exist without the other. Diversity is the acknowledgement of the benefits of individual differences and the unique perspectives and skills which these can offer. Diversity includes but is not limited to, personal and cultural backgrounds, as well as, professional…
Leader vs. Boss
Leader vs. Boss While boss and leader are often used synonymously, there are key differences which greatly affect the impact they have over their staff. The idea of bosses becoming leaders is a hot button topic and one which we would like to explore further. As the way we do business shifts, grows and changes;…
What do Lego and Dove have in common?

The Relationship Between Mental Health and the Workplace (Part 1)
The Relationship Between Mental Health and the Workplace (Part 1) In order to explore the interaction of Mental Health and the workplace, first we must have an understanding of mental health. I’d like to introduce the concept of mental health as an extension of (and in likeness to) physical health. In the same way each…
